*Hematopoietic stem cell (HSC) transplant recipients&lt;br /&gt;
*HSC transplant candidates under some circumstances&lt;br /&gt;
*HSC donors if allogeneic transfusion must be given prior to completing the harvest&lt;br /&gt;
*Congenital T-cell immune deficiency&lt;br /&gt;
*Intrauterine or neonatal exchange transfusion&lt;br /&gt;
*Transfusion from family members or HLA-selected donors&lt;br /&gt;
*Patients who have had fludarabine chemotherapy&lt;br /&gt;
*Hodgkin’s disease&lt;br /&gt;
*Leukemia&lt;br /&gt;
*Lymphoproliferative disorders&lt;br /&gt;
*Granulocyte transfusion&lt;br /&gt;
*Neonates&lt;br /&gt;
*Aggressive chemotherapy, radiotherapy or T-cell immunosuppression&lt;br /&gt;
