A ganglion cyst usually presents as a skin cyst.
Microscopic examination
Walls composed of bland fibrous tissue.
The lining may look similar to a simple squamous epithelium, but if there is clearly an epithelial lining, classify as another kind of skin cyst.

It may simply be reported as such, example:
