- Confirm trilineage hematopoiesis (see image).
- Look for apparent cellular atypia or decrease of cellular diversity.
Report
Example in a normal case:
Bone marrow from rib (or other location if applicable): Trilineage hematopoiesis. There is no evidence of malignancy. |
