Brenner Tumor of Ovary (5372353473).jpg

A benign Brenner tumor typically has solid and cystic nests of urothelium-like cells, surrounded by abundant dense, fibrous stroma.[1] The urothelium-like cells typically have "coffee bean nuclei" (longitudinal nuclear grooves, which is pathognomonic to sex cord stromal ovarian tumors).[2][3]
