Endometrioid adenocarcinoma

For endometrioid adenocarcinoma, perform grading:[5]

  • Grade 1: ≤5% solid non-glandular, non-squamous growth
  • Grade 2: >5% and ≤50% solid non-glandular, non-squamous growth
  • Grade 3: >50% solid non-glandular, non-squamous growth
