Evaluation
By their relative incidences, a practical approach is:
- Is it a low-grade dysplastic (melanocytic) nevus? If not:
- Is it a high-grade dysplastic (melanocytic) nevus or melanoma? If not:
- Compare to patterns of various other possibilities.
